Trailisse was a tour operator before it was a flight desk, and it still is one.
Our office on the highway outside Udaipur arranges guided trips through Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Pushkar and the Golden Triangle, with drivers and guides we actually know. That history is why there is a GSTIN on this page and a physical address in the footer.
Common questions
Do you charge a fee?
Yes. We are a travel agency, not a free comparison site, and we earn a service fee on the bookings we issue. The fee is included in the single total price we quote you, before you agree to anything. If our total is worse than what you can do yourself, we will say so.
Why do you not show fares on the website?
Because any fare we published would be wrong by the time you read it, and because US Department of Transportation rules require a ticket agent to advertise the full price including all taxes and mandatory charges. We would rather quote you a number that actually holds than a headline that does not.
Are you affiliated with the airlines you write about?
No. Trailisse is an independent travel agency and ticket agent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any airline. Airline names appear on this site only to identify the carrier, and every airline page links to that airline so you can book direct if you prefer.
Where are you based?
Our office is at N.H. 8, Amberi, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313004, India, and our US line is answered by our own team rather than an outsourced call centre. We think being straightforward about that is more useful than pretending to be somewhere we are not.
Can I change or cancel a booking you made?
Yes, subject to the fare rules of the ticket you hold, which we explain before you book. Call the same number and we will handle it. US rules also give you 24 hours to cancel most bookings made at least seven days before departure for a full refund.
Do you still run tours in India?
We do. Trailisse began as a Rajasthan tour operator and that business continues from the same Udaipur office. You can read about it on our India tours pages.
