How quickly will someone get back to me?
The phone is answered around the clock. Form enquiries are worked through in the order they arrive, so if your travel is inside 48 hours, please call rather than write.
What time zone are you in?
Our office is in India, which is UTC+5:30, but the US line is staffed continuously, so there is no wrong hour to call from North America or the UK.
Will you sell my details to anyone?
No. We use what you send us to answer your enquiry and to make a booking if you ask us to. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what we keep and for how long.
Do I have to book through you if I ask for a quote?
No. A quote costs you nothing and carries no obligation. If the number we come back with is not better than what you can arrange yourself, book it yourself.
