If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or Canada, your information will be transferred outside your home jurisdiction. We rely on your explicit request for our services, and on appropriate contractual safeguards with any processor we use, as the basis for that transfer.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with:
- Airlines and the reservation systems used to issue your ticket. A booking cannot be made without passing the airline the passenger details it requires.
- Our hosting and email providers, who process data on our instructions.
- Payment processors, where a payment is taken. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
- Authorities and professional advisers, where the law requires it or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Cookies and third-party advertising
This website sets a session cookie so that a form can tell you about an error and remember what you typed. It expires when you close your browser.
Advertising. We intend to display third-party advertising, supplied by Google AdSense, on the informational guide pages of this site. We do not display advertising on our service or contact pages. When advertising is live:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this and other sites.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices.
- Visitors in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area will be asked for consent through a certified consent-management platform before any advertising or analytics cookie that is not strictly necessary is set.
Analytics. Where Google Analytics 4 is enabled, it collects measurement data about how the site is used. We have configured it not to be used for advertising personalisation.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become bookings: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Booking and financial records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, which in India is generally eight years from the end of the relevant financial year.
- Call recordings, where made: up to 12 months unless needed for a dispute.
- Server logs: as retained by our hosting provider, typically a few weeks.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry records are stored in a directory that is blocked from public web access at the server level and reachable only by our own application and staff. Access is limited to people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you and the relevant regulator without undue delay if a breach affects your data.

Wherever you live, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Write to info@trailisse.com and we will respond within one month.
- United Kingdom and EEA (UK GDPR / GDPR): rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
- Canada (PIPEDA): the right to access your information and challenge its accuracy, and to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
