Terms and conditions

Last updated 23 August 2026

These terms govern your use of trailisse.com and any booking we arrange for you. Please read them before you ask us to issue a ticket.

1. Who you are contracting with

"Trailisse", "we" and "us" mean the travel agency at N.H. 8, Amberi, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313004, India, GSTIN 08ABAFT1036C1ZP. "You" means the person making the enquiry or booking, including on behalf of other travellers.

2. Our role is that of an agent

We act as your agent in arranging travel. We do not operate flights. The contract of carriage is between you and the airline that operates the flight, on that airline's own conditions of carriage and fare rules. Those conditions govern delays, cancellations, denied boarding, baggage liability and everything else about the flight itself.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised to speak for any airline. Airline names and marks used on this site identify the carrier and nothing more.

3. Quotes and prices

  • We do not publish fares on this website. Every quote is given to you individually.
  • Any quote shows the total price including all government taxes, airport charges, mandatory carrier-imposed surcharges and our service fee, per passenger.
  • A quote is an indication, not a reservation. Airfares and seat availability change continuously, and a fare is only secured when the ticket is issued.
  • Our service fee is disclosed within the total before you authorise the booking. It is earned when the ticket is issued and is generally non-refundable even where the airfare is refundable, because the work has been done.

4. Your obligations

  • Names must match your identity document exactly. Give us the name as it appears on the passport or government ID you will travel on. Airlines charge for corrections and in some cases will not permit them at all.
  • Check your confirmation as soon as you receive it and tell us immediately if anything is wrong. Errors reported quickly are far cheaper to fix.
  • You are responsible for holding valid travel documents, visas, permits and any health requirements for your journey. We can point you at official sources but we cannot obtain these for you and we are not liable if you are refused travel for lacking them.
  • Arrive at the airport in time to meet the airline's check-in and boarding deadlines.

5. Payment

Tickets are issued once payment has cleared. Payment is taken by the methods we set out at the time of booking. If a payment is reversed or charged back after a ticket has been issued, you remain liable for the ticket value and any resulting airline charges.

6. Changes, cancellations and refunds

  • What you may change and what it costs is set by the fare rules of the ticket you hold. We explain those rules before you book and we will tell you the cost of a change before we make it.
  • The 24-hour rule. Under US Department of Transportation rules, for bookings made at least seven days before departure you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund of the airfare. Tell us within that window and we will process it.
  • Where an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, your entitlement to a refund comes from the airline and from applicable regulation. We will make the claim on your behalf and pass on what the airline pays. We cannot pay a refund we have not received.
  • Refunds are returned by the original payment method. Airline processing times vary and are outside our control.

7. What we are and are not responsible for

We are responsible for arranging your booking with reasonable care and skill, for quoting you accurately, and for passing your instructions to the airline correctly. If we get that wrong, we will put it right.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of an airline or other supplier, including delay, cancellation, schedule change, denied boarding, downgrade, lost or damaged baggage, or the consequences of any of those. Nor are we responsible for events outside reasonable control, including weather, air traffic control restrictions, strikes, civil unrest and government action.

Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability arising out of a booking is limited to the service fee you paid us for that booking.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
